Sue sold me my house nearly 23 years ago and helped me to sell it recently. Seamless process from beginning to end. Great communication throughout the process and with answering all questions during the process. Home sold before the sign was even placed in the yard and sold for above asking. Would highly recommend.

Sue was fantastic! She consistently went above and beyond to help us find the right home. After having a bad experience with another realtor in the area when we first started looking for homes in August, Sue was a God send. She has been friendly, kind, compassionate, and patient. She spent a great deal of time with us, and we always felt like we were her only customer when she was with us. I am very thankful for all Sue has done and all she has meant to us as we have begun to settle in to this new location.

I have worked with Sue several times. We have bought two houses and sold one. She is incredible! She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out. She truly listens to your wants and needs and focuses on those items when searching for homes. She is easy to reach and is always willing to make time for you. I have known Sue for many years and she has helped sell and buy several homes over the years for us and most recently for my wife's daughter. I'm a little biased but I think Sue is the best you have. I would not use anyone but her. She is very knowledgeable, smart, experienced, and can flat out sale a house in a short period of time. Sue is a very good negotiator she will get you the best price either sale or buying. She knows all the in's and outs and can explain this to a customer. I am glad to call her a friend.
